The conversations happening in the corner of the room
I love listening to Andy and his guests explore life, art, and and those small but significant connections between people.
Refreshing
I listen to a lot of journalistic-style podcasts that tell a story. I love how someone can come up with an episode concept, develop it, organize it, record it, and produce it well into a beautifully wrapped package. But one thing I didn't realize I had been missing (and craving) was a purely conversational approach to stories. Just a "hey let's sit down and talk with minimal agenda and see what happens." It turns out, if you're the right host, which Andy is, your episodes can be just as compelling and relatable as the typical journalistic style. That is very refreshing to me. 5 stars. Excited to see this show grow.
