    🐱 Solo Pod: F****n' Up Free Soloing

    This episode is a little more on the serious side because a) I share a story about soloing the Diamond/Longs Peak Triathlon, which has taken me two years to process and finally bring to public light and b) it is way harder to make jokes when your only audience member is a judgmental cat who physiologically cannot laugh. I talk about some of my own climbing history, getting into highballing, soloing in the Flatirons, becoming a cyclist, and what my relationship status was before, during, and after the LPT experience.     First guests on the pod! Bad Kitty chats grabbing sport anchors, who gets the haulbag post-breakup, climbing stylistically, and Olympics with Tris. Sean Bailey joins in the middle since he's crashing at the airbnb. The trio dives into steroids, dating weaker climbers (again), and gumbies at the crag. I'm testing a 'meow' transition sound that unfortunately is not my actual cat because Charlie's meow kinda sounds like she's smoking a pack a day. She does make some actual audio appearances though.
