Rina Meushaw is a busy Mom like you who wants to enjoy both her family and her work without feeling frazzled and torn between all of her roles. In this podcast, you'll learn small, doable changes you can make that will create HUGE effects in your life.
Ep #44: How to Get Things Done When You're Tired
I've never met a Mom who isn't tired. It's tough to get things done when you're exhausted. Yet you also have SO MUCH we need to do! This episode talks about how to compromise and get things done (or rest!) so you move forward with your important to-do's without overdoing it.
Ep #43: You Get to Choose What You Think
The intention of this episode is to empower you. So often we label ourselves. We tell ourselves that we’re “not good with time” or “we’re messy.” We also label others, such as our spouse, who is "terrible at doing things around the house." Imagine what your life would look like if you removed the labels and judgments. How would your life change if you had the freedom to decide how you want to interpret things?
Ep #42: How to Multitask the Right Way
Multitasking can feel delicious. It makes life so much more fun! And when we're doing it, despite the many studies proving otherwise, it often feels like we can get more done. In this episode, we’ll discuss how to multitask the right way, so you can actually increase your productivity while still enjoying the benefits (and fun!) of multitasking.
Ep #41: Life Hack: Prioritize Your To-Do List With GEMS
If you struggle with getting things done (and who doesn't?!) in this episode you'll learn a system you can use daily that will help move you forward. GEMS is an acronym that helps you create baby-steps in the most important areas of your life, including self-care. If your to-do list is as big as your arm, this system will help you focus your day so you can start actually accomplishing and stop feeling so overwhelmed and behind.
Ep #40: For the Love of Reading
This episode is all about the JOY of books and reading. If you're a busy Mom and find it tough to find time to squeeze in reading, you're not alone. In this episode I share some tips for fitting in reading time (games are my favorite way to do this!) and also some of my favorite book recommendations.
Ep #39: Daily Habits That'll Help You Boost Your Mood
What if there were things you could do every day that would help put you in a good mood? This episode goes beyond the obvious. You already know that getting a good night's sleep, doing some movement, etc., will help you with your mood. But what about things you may never have thought of, like dark chocolate? This episode is all about small habits you can start today that'll help you maintain a better mood.

Thank you for being so real and open about vulnerable about so many topics that us busy working moms don’t get to talk about very often. It helps to know that we are not alone in this!
Sitting alone in office is no longer lonely
I have never listened to a podcast until recently. I would always just play Pandora while working in the office, sadly like many many other companies most of the employees were let go due to the pandemic. I consider myself lucky to still be employed but I was so busy that I hadn’t noticed what a toll this has taken in me, I’m constantly under stress at work then I take that home. This podcast has really helped me and I’ve only been listening for 2 days, she’s so realistic and so relatable and so calming, best of all it keeps me company in the office. So what better way to spend time listening to a motivational podcast that enriches your life sets you in a good mood and you take that good mood home to your family for me that’s everything right now. Thank you!
Simply the best!
Rina presents difficult (seemingly impossible) concepts in a calm, rational & reassuring tone. At times she is candid, which gives her podcast authenticity. The information provided comes from legitimate, often scientific sources. Rina’s podcast resonates with me & putting her kind advice to use has added a layer of calm to my hectic life. I also love her worksheets - they are easy to use & often make my life easier.
Keep up the good work, Rina!!! You’re an inspiration to us all!
