Second Arrow Be Gone!

Oh My Goodness - Pod cast #14, the Bad Day, was such a help. I took notes and your tips really got the ideas flowing. I tend to analyze after the bad event, trying to see what i could have done to lessen the badness or how to keep it from affecting me as much, but analyzing often takes me down the worry path which fosters anxiety which leads to suffering. I'm going to try putting a time limit on the analysis - 5 minutes at a time maybe, interspersed with something from my list of calming influences. With all that pent-up energy/aggrevantion, a brisk walk or some hot tea helps. Thanks for this podcast!
