Sitting alone in office is no longer lonely

I have never listened to a podcast until recently. I would always just play Pandora while working in the office, sadly like many many other companies most of the employees were let go due to the pandemic. I consider myself lucky to still be employed but I was so busy that I hadn’t noticed what a toll this has taken in me, I’m constantly under stress at work then I take that home. This podcast has really helped me and I’ve only been listening for 2 days, she’s so realistic and so relatable and so calming, best of all it keeps me company in the office. So what better way to spend time listening to a motivational podcast that enriches your life sets you in a good mood and you take that good mood home to your family for me that’s everything right now. Thank you!
