    How we Sound to God

    Have you ever stopped to think about how we sound to God? In this episode, we explore the funny—and convicting—reality that sometimes, when God asks us to spend time with Him, obey Him, or do something He’s calling us to do, we can sound like little kids. We complain, whine, make excuses, negotiate, and come up with every reason why we’re too busy, too tired, or simply not ready. Yet God continues to invite us closer. Just like a loving parent who patiently listens to a child’s complaints while still knowing what’s best for them, God hears our excuses but doesn’t stop calling us. He desires our time, our attention, and our obedience—not because He needs something from us, but because He knows what is best for us. This episode challenges us to recognize the ways we may be resisting God and hiding behind excuses. What if instead of saying, “But I’m too busy,” “I don’t feel like it,” or “I’ll do it later,” we simply said, “Yes, Lord”? Sometimes growing in our relationship with God means growing up in our faith—learning to stop making excuses and start trusting that when God asks something of us, there is a purpose behind it. The question is: If you could hear yourself the way God hears you, what would you sound like?

    Who wants a Relationship with You Anyways!

    In this episode, we explore a powerful question: Who wants a relationship with you anyway? The surprising answer is—God does.     Setting our Foundation on God

    In this episode, we explored what it means to build our lives on a foundation that can truly withstand every season. We discussed how it's easy to place our trust in the things of this world—our careers, finances, relationships, achievements, or even our own abilities—but these things were never meant to carry the weight of our identity or our hope. As life changes, worldly foundations can fail, leaving us feeling uncertain and unstable. Unlike anything the world offers, God is unchanging, faithful, and able to sustain us through every challenge and every victory. When our foundation is rooted in Him, we can remain steadfast even when circumstances around us are uncertain. Lasting peace, security, and purpose are found not in temporary things but in a relationship with God. As we choose to trust Him above everything else, we discover that He alone is the firm foundation that will never fail.

Lasting transformation comes through surrender, obedience, and trusting God to do the deep work that only He can do.
