    Today’s episode is to fill you in on what’s been going on with my life the last month that I haven’t been putting out episodes. Sometimes you start stuff just to see what happens and if you like it. And that’s what this podcast is, a fun project, or at least that’s what I thought it was supposed to be at first until I tried to turn it into something else. If it’s no longer fun, sometimes a reevaluation needs to take place and things are put on hold. I feel totally okay with this, as should you about things you do this to as well. ALSO, thank you so much for listening to any and all episodes that you have listened to and that this will be more sporadic as I evaluate how I truly want to spend my time.

    It’s easy to feel overwhelmed when everything seems equally important and urgent. If this often seems to be the case for you, then all this lack of focus and sight of THE singular priority means that everything will flail with only increments of progress, fueled by lots of stress and anxiety. If everything is the top priority…then none of it is. In this episode, we discuss: How we can only have 1 priority at a time. Priorities, plural, isn’t a real thing.It's easier to juggle multiple things at different points of your life than it is at other times and it's okay to drop the ball sometimes on things that aren’t THE priorityTaking the time to live in a decision instead of reflecting and evaluating that decision AS you’re living/enacting it.
