That Last Episode
So this is an above average podcast with a great reveal episode at its end. I would probably have bailed if it had twenty episodes. For the time invested it’s a 4 star. I enjoyed it. And great creature sounds.
Good Suspense
There is a certain art in building genuine suspense, and I believe this audio drama is a masterpiece of suspense. The episodes end on cliffhangers, the production and sound design are used to their best advantage, and the pacing is just right. This is the kind of audio drama that is very easy to jump into.
That twist tho!!!
I’m not easily taken by surprise these days when it comes to storytelling twists…but that caught me totally off guard! Was completely immersed in this world the whole way through and then …BAM! What!?!? So, so, so good!
