David Shrier is a futurist and innovation catalyst with expertise in artificial intelligence, data/analytics, fintech, digital identity, cybersecurity, and collaborative innovation. He leads venture studio Visionary Future LLC, helping Global 2000 companies create breakout growth as well as incubating new technology-enabled businesses. David holds an appointment as Professor of Practice, Imperial College Business School, Imperial College London, and is a Visiting Scholar with the GEAR Lab at the School of Engineering, Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He previously was an Associate Fellow with Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Lecturer & Futurist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he also held positions as Managing Director, Connection Science and New Ventures Officer, MIT Sloan.

    Chris Holmes, Baron Holmes of Richmond

    Chris is Britain’s most successful Paralympic swimmer winning a total of 9 golds, 5 silvers and 1 bronze. He was also Director of Paralympic Integration, responsible for the organisation of the 2012 Paralympic Games in London. Chris is a passionate advocate for the potential of technology and the benefits of diversity and inclusion. He campaigns for more accessible environments for disabled people and has conducted an independent review for the Government that made recommendations on opening up public appointments to disabled people. In Parliament Chris sits on the influential Science and Technology Select Committee but has previously been a member of specialist House of Lords Select Committees dealing with: Democracy and Digital TechnologiesArtificial Intelligence Digital Skills Social Mobility  Financial Exclusion Through his Private Members Bill Chris has worked to end the injustice of unpaid internships. Chris is also Deputy Chair of Channel 4 and Diversity Adviser to the Civil Service.

    Cyrus is a co-founder of AIGC Chain, (the first foundation model of AI generated content on a blockchain, with a responsible AI focus), the co-founder of one of the first generative AI unicorns, Stability AI Stability AI (exited) and a co-founder of Duckweed Bio, a Florida Agtech/Climate Tech venture. He is a Contributor to VALDI.ai, a web3 P2P ML cloud computing platform. Cyrus was a Partner at FoundersX Ventures, a cross-stage Silicon Valley VC, and the co-founder of the AI Initiative of The Future Society, where he led global governance of AI projects. Cyrus is active at the Global Partnership on AI (GPAI) where he co--leads the Safety and Assurance of Generative AI (SAFE) project, as well as being an invited expert on the AI for climate action & biodiversity and agriculture Committees. Educated at Sciences Po Paris, MA (Hons) Paris II University, M.P.A. Harvard Kennedy School.
