Love da pod!
I don’t listen to a lot of podcasts these days but I really enjoy this one. The variety of guests is diverse and the content is a perfect mix of surf tips and great storytelling. I especially loved the episodes with Keola and Joey. Those guys are legends!
Good content, but..
I like the content, but just a little constructive feedback for you: try not to say so many rhetorical sentences and questions and allow your interviewee to get some words in response to what you’re saying/asking. I can hear your thoughts transitioning as you’re verbalizing fluff all while your interviewee wants to respond to you and often times you leave him in the dust only to shoot to the next topic. I guess what I’m saying is keep working on developing your interviewer skills to improve the quality of the conversation. Keep it up!
Chapin ep is 👍🏾
Really enjoyed this episode. The bad habits of many years are hard to see and harder to change. Great tips.
