    Even though our society embraces the hustle and/or the grind and is always striving for more, im canceling that culture. Life isn’t about always grinding 24/7. Yes, life is what you make of it, true. But the secret is you can still adapt a slow paced lifestyle and take breaks to rest during the progress of it all. Stop normalizing “the grind doesn’t stop” mindset.
