    'The Pause Effect Part 1'

    In today's episode I talk about the one thing we as women don't get to hear or discuss enough, and that is menopause.  For the longest the only thing that I ever heard about menopause were the hot flashes that women experience.  I never heard anything about pre menopause until I, myself started experiencing it.  The rollercoaster that we as women, most women go through, is so profound that it should be a constant talk on educating ourselves, sharing our experiences, and what we know about menopause to other women.  Menopausal can seem like a lonely place once it starts to happen and no one should ever feel alone when experiencing it.  A lot of women should know what other women went through so that they too will not feel alone and feel as though something is not right with themselves.  There are so many questions as to how we as women are able to deal and handle going through the many changes of pre menopause and menopause but the great thing is THERE ARE ANSWERS to those questions! Starting with myself, I will get as transparent as I can in this episode on sharing, and helping other women to understand that menopause is not a dead end!
