She was also a research fellow at the Behavioural Insights Team in London. Varazzani has designed a diverse set of behavioral change programs, addressing health, education, financial decision-making, energy, and international development. She now serves as the lead behavioral scientist at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
