    3:8 The magic of learning to Trust YOU

    2 weeks ago, I held a Masterclass (Be~Do~Flow) during which I was asked a question: "How did you learn to trust yourself in your business?" This episode is the beginning of my answer. I say the beginning because the more I have journeyed with my own experience of self-trust, the bigger the sharing becomes.     3:3 Empowered Surrender - What it is and how to rock it

    Wow, I haven't spoken to anyone who has found this last week a walk in the park - me included. So, I shared my thoughts in this Instagram post on Tuesday and, the moment that I posted it, I knew I had my topic for today's podcast. I first experienced empowered surrender almost exactly a year ago. It's a gentle process of self compassion that comes from witnessing ourselves in the moment and for saying "I choose ME". In this week's episode I share that story of surrendering, bare foot and unwashed in a field with nothing more than the best of friends, two caravans and a tap and  how that practice has featured in this week. I'll also lift the lid on why choosing surrender is an empowered act and why you'd want to.
