    In this second episode, Jules and Cécile dive deeper into how competitive sport shaped Jules's relationship with food, from the food rules that quietly built up over years to the moment she realized she couldn't get out of it alone, and the years of therapy and recovery that followed. Cécile shares what she's witnessed across her own career in elite sport, from the extreme weight-cutting rituals she saw at the Olympics to a childhood friend who had to log every calorie for gymnastics. They talk about team dynamics in sport, the difference between emotional eating and intuitive eating, and why opening up to a teammate can sometimes do more than any therapist. This one went somewhere they didn't plan. They don't share their questions with each other beforehand, so neither of them knew how deep this would go. Be nice is bigger than their own story or their hockey background. Episode three brings their first guest, and from episode four, they go beyond sport because eating disorders show up across pretty much every part of society.     Why we started be nice

    In this first episode, Jules and Cécile introduce themselves and share why Be nice exists. Jules opens up about her personal experience with an eating disorder, what it felt like from the inside, and what finally made her want to talk about it out loud. Cécile reflects on what it means to grow up as a professional athlete, where your body is your tool and how that quietly shapes your relationship with food and yourself over time.
