Growing up at my parent’s flight school, I was immersed in the world of private aviation. My earliest memories are of completing my coloring books from the back of a prop plane. At 16, I earned my license to fly solo and mechanics certification. By 19, I was piloting jets. As CEO of Ventura, I help people create their own private aviation lifestyle.

Kevin Lisitsin was born in Modesto, California, the first of three sons. His mother, Cindy, is a Central Valley native, and father, Keith, is originally from the San Francisco bay area, the son of a Russian immigrant. Kevin learned from his parents at an early age the value of hard work and self-sufficiency. He has been promoted and has brought greater productivity and profitability to every company he’s worked for, and he has a long history of youth development, volunteering as a mentor to middle school-age students including inmates in local juvenile justice programs and involved in many professional non-profits that help bring education to home ownership for all.

Currently, Kevin owns a local Farmers Insurance Agency which serves the greater Fresno area in auto, home, commercial, and life insurance. He is also co-owner of Rocket Dog Gourmet Brats and Brew, a locally owned and operated one-of-a-kind eatery currently and Summer Fox Brewery in 2019, with two locations. He is co-founder of a non-profit that will be working with foster kids form 15-25 years of age, called Diligent Heart. But Kevin’s most important job and source of greatest pride is his family: Sarah and his children Claire, Nolan, and Elijah.

It’s his strong convictions, deeply-held values, and fierce commitment for success that propels Kevin to work as hard as he does.

George was born in rural Wisconsin and was an early graduate of Lego University at the age of 6.  In 7th grade, lasers came into focus and, with the help of a few teachers, convinced the school to purchase its first laser. The drive to invent and solve problems has been a lifelong passion.
Now, George is a serial entrepreneur and inventor, with multiple patents across 14 countries, and the founder of DynaVap, LLC - a company with the mission to "Make Smoking History".
