I share my own experience missing my sub-5 marathon goal more than once — and why quitting would have guaranteed I’d never get close to it now. We’re diving into the myth of “hitting your ceiling,” why discomfort feels like failure, and the truth about habit formation (hint: it takes way longer than you think). On average, it takes 266 days to fully automate a habit. Most people quit before day 30. You don’t fail because it doesn’t work. You fail because you stop before it works.
