To “Be The Sunshine” means, be that person that people look up to and follow for guidance and energy. The reason I use the term “Sunshine” is because of my fascination with sunflowers - they actively rotate throughout the day so that they stay facing towards the sunshine for energy, be that “sunshine” to provide energy for those around you to grow! I share my personal stories, talking with my kids and doing interviews with people that I see as inspiring. All in a somtimes serious, mostly manically humorous, and often unscripted way.

    When Rachel woke up this morning she told me she had a good and bad dream halfway through. I asked if she wanted to share it on a podcast and she agreed but was a little nervous at first..she tells me bad people came into our house to hurt us. But they left because some of them were allergic to the cats and the cats attacked the others 😼. She talks about her dream and then a little bit about Harley Quinn and then back to her dream. Enjoy!

    The main focus of this episode is to talk about my dreams and how they are symbolic and help us see into the future. I start out talking about my production of The Vagina Monologues. Then go into dreams. ***Tiger: White tigers are not common in the wild, and so in a dream this maymean something is of special importance. A white tiger symbolizes rarity and unique intuitive gifts. **The hawk symbolizes the ability to use intuition and higher vision in order to complete tasks or make important decisions. ... Hawks represent the messengers of the spirit world, so seeing them definitely means the universe wants you to learn powerful lessons or expand your knowledge and wisdom.

    I will say time and time again, how I am not always the greatest at putting my thoughts into words, so I found the saying "the world is a better place with you in it" when I was looking up something to write in a birthday card.. (hehe).. but the words carry so much meaning.  Listen as I talk about what it means to me and how to remind people around you that they matter. Also, I talk about how I had received some amazing gifts and surprises this past Christmas - Thank you to who ever the anonymous gifts were from and thank you to my sweet friend for gifting me the nice Advent Basket- the world is a better place with you in it.
