Evidence based, fun, health topics!

I absolutely love Kelly Leveque and this podcast. The information she presents to her listeners is evidence based and relevant. I love the thought provoking healthcare topics she discusses, and it’s very eye opening! I have learned so much from listening and I love that it’s based on science! It’s a great part of my day when I get to listen to this podcast. Thanks for providing deep explanations to things like supplement, food, and beauty health for those who love the science behind the “why”.

Life Changing

Episode 39 truly spoke to me. I feel like I am definitely in that mindset of being 1 certification away from being able to achieve my dreams in health and wellness. This episode made me feel worthy and understand that wanting to help people turn to nutrition and movement is enough!

I grew up witnessing my mother struggle with opioid Addiction and it was what sparked my passion for alternative medicine. If I can help ONE person turn to nutrition before they start down a path that could lead to addiction I will feel like I’ve made a difference.

Thank you Kelly for shining light on something I thought only I was struggling with. Keep up the amazing work you’re doing!

Love Kelly but concerned about the “experts” she invites on

I have been a big fan of Kelly for years, I am a fab4 devotee, and I have anxiously awaited her podcast. I love the interviews she has with her friends and some of the earlier episodes with research scientists (on exercise and neuroscience). However, I have ethical concerns about some of the “experts” she has on - for example, the episode with Dr. Amen, who has been condemned in the neuroscience world as unethically exposing children to unnecessary radiation for multiple SPECT scans which have yet to be proven as clinically relevant in the scientific literature. I share these concerns because I am a PhD researcher in child development and nutrition. While I feel confident filtering out the episodes with questionable experts, I am concerned about Kelly presenting their expertise without question to her broad audience. Kelly, one of your best features is the ability to read and communicate scientific studies without drama and without shame - please do your due diligence on your guests who purport to treat patients with questionable science.
