Meet the new face of age-reversal skincare. I’m thrilled to welcome Carolina Oliveira, the CEO and co-founder of OneSkin. Carolina and her team are disrupting the outdated anti-aging skincare industry with their groundbreaking research on our largest organ and its longevity.
I’ve seen the results firsthand. You know that I’m a skeptic when it comes to commercial skincare products. But after digging into OneSkin’s research, I started using their products about a year ago. I’ve been so impressed – my skin looks more youthful, softer, and has a new glow!

Raising “Healthy Strivers” in Today’s Toxic Achievement Culture with Jennifer Wallace #WellnessWednesdays
Today’s topic is something every parent can learn from – how to raise our kids to value themselves for who they are, not what they accomplish. I’m thrilled to welcome Jennifer Wallace, an award-winning journalist and social commentator who covers parenting and lifestyle trends.
Jennifer is a contributor to The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post. She is the author of Never Enough: When Achievement Pressure Becomes Toxic — And What We Can Do About It. This is the definitive book on toxic achievement culture and the impact it has on parents and kids.
Jennifer tells us all about the groundbreaking findings she uncovered in her book, explaining the societal and economic factors that contributed to the rise of achievement culture. We talk about the prevalence of anxiety and depression in children who go to high-achieving schools. And most importantly, we explore how to combat this phenomenon and support our kids.
Jennifer shares fantastic advice on how to teach your kids about their unconditional worth, help them process envy and comparison, and foster a healthy sense of self. We chat a lot about mattering, and why it, well, matters so much, highlighting the importance of healthy interdependence.
School might be in session for them, but it is for you (and me!) too. Jennifer recommends getting a PhD in our kids; I will definitely be implementing her advice in my home. The LeVeque family meetings start now! I’m so excited to share Jennifer’s research and perspective, so you can learn from her too.

Such important info!! I learn so much!
I notice myself constantly finding new podcasts to follow but as of lately, I’ve been consistently listening to this one!! Week after week this podcast holds important information you don’t want to miss regarding health, most especially the recent Alzheimer’s podcast episode.. indisputably its the most imperative information I’ve listened to thus far. Thanks for finding such great experts!!
I’ve been following Kelly for a few years!
I use her protein powder every day! And also get tons of advice on living a healthier lifestyle! Love her!
My favorite wellness podcast!
I’m often intimidated by wellness conversations, by Kelly does an amazing job of steering the ship away from scary, overwhelming topics and focusing on practical things we can do to improve our lives today. I’m very interested in longevity and biological age reversal, so I especially loved her episode with Dr. Mark Hyman. I would recommend this show to anyone who wants to live a healthier, happier life but is unsure where to begin.
