I had a wonderful conversation with Christine Fuchs regarding burnout, yoga, and self-discovery.

Christine was in the financial industry and was feeling the stress of it and was noticing physical symptoms. She stumbled upon a yoga class which was transformative, and has been practicing it for 14 years.
Christine has now turned her passion into teaching yoga and wellness tips to help others avoid a near burnout experience. She talks about the bad habits that people in her industry often develop and how to make small changes to become more productive.
Christine believes that yoga is beneficial for the mind as well as the body and can lead to an increase in energy.
