Great podcast

Antony has become one of my most favorite podcasters. Not only is he a libertarian and a vegan but he is a gifted speaker and a thoroughly logical thinker. Every episode is a pleasure to listen to and has nuggets of wisdom for those with ears to hear.

Practical Advise

Be Yourself and Love It is a great podcast, and unlike a lot of other self help products. The Antony foregoes buzzwords and pop-motivation conventions in favor of a practical and example driven approach. As someone with difficulty in the areas the podcast tries to improve, it’s been a valuable resource.

A podcast about how not to treat people that uses the “R” word?!

I was really stoked to be listening to this podcast about how not to treat children (or anyone) when she dropped the “R” word early in. I’m sorry, but that kind of spoiled anything she had to say after.
