    Barbara has a Baby

    It dawned on me, while writing: Barbara still has a baby in this story. So, why not change the already alternative narrative and make it present tense? This is a title paying homage to Tupac’s popular song, “Brenda had a Baby.”

    What it be?

    At any given moment, we will switch up on y’all. The title is the only thing reflective of that! What is Be? What it be? All the same. We want to give you a greater insight into what Be is, and why Be is. What it be is here to remind you of who we be! Spoiler alert: we is my pronoun of choice! Enjoy the intro to a wonderful journey! And if you are able, take many deep breaths. If you are not in a position to breathe deeply, here is my prayer: many others can, will, and already are doing so on your behalf.
