Listening to And More with Amy Kugler is like a balm I didn’t know I needed. The show gives comfort, makes me more curious, and supports me in knowing that supporting and caring for others is something others value and understand. I appreciate her shining a light on the challenges we need to be hearing about, and honoring the work of others that tends to go unseen.

Amy’s work to create a safe space for vulnerability and honoring all mothers and caregivers no matter where they are in life has become an essential part of my week. The stories and messages are timely and deep and I feel like I’m part of a community for this introvert who doesn’t naturally reach out to others for support.

It’s past time for the stories of motherhood and caregiving to be brought to the forefront and Amy is just the person needed to start the conversation. Her heart and sense of humor shine through and make this a totally enchanting listen…one that will inspire, make you laugh, make you think, move you to tears, and make you feel connected no matter what your age or stage of motherhood may be.

I’m not really a podcast kind of gal. I’m a busy mom and I have very little to no time for myself. While doing the dishes and making dinner before running to all the kid activities, I decided to take a few and listen in. I’m so glad I did. This podcast really hits home and I can relate to so much of what was discussed. I’m eager to listen to the next episode and can’t wait to share some of my own stories. Thanks for putting this together for all of us overworked mommas. It was nice to hear someone else can relate.
