This podcast will be a diary. There will be inspiration, LGBTQ+ themes, and inappropriate humor. It will be a way to articulate my feelings, focusing on wellness and fitness. That won’t be all that it’s about. I will absolutely mix in my dark sense of humor to discuss the world at large and issues I am passionate about. Any time someone decides to start a podcast, the first question is why should you listen? I get it, I’ve seen all the jokes online about everyone and their mother starting a podcast. Don’t enough people have one? The answer is definitely yes, but if you hang with me, I want you to know that I am fully engaged in understanding from a scientific perspective all things health and wellness, and I wish to document and share that with all of you. How did I get here? How did I turn on the switch? What makes me tick? What makes anyone tick for that matter? Is it chemical? Is it spiritual? Is it actually just as simple as developing a plan and sticking to it? These kinds of questions intrigue me to know end, and I love that I will have this platform to explore the answers to those questions. Every week I’ll have a guest from wide ranging backgrounds to discuss these topics in hopefully an informative and inspiration way.
