Karen talks with Joyce Rust about the church plant in Red Deer, AB. Called "The River" This is the WMCLB 2023-24 focus project. They have a unique ministry as they church plant in Red Deer. A large part of that ministry is to the refugee population moving into their community. This comes with many needs and more joys, as they serve and love those in their community! WMCLB Cohorts with Alexa Fraser and Sharon Poore
This year the WMCLB launched two cohorts this past fall. Hear Alexa, Sharon and Karen talk about the experience of being in a cohort going through the book "Ragged" by Gretchen Ronnevik.
We talk about being able to discuss about the book, where God was a work, where we felt challenged and the relationships we developed with the group.
