And if you didn’t learn from the first person, more will come to teach you that same lesson over and over, but once you recognize game and identify the patterns, it will be harder for them to do it next time. In fact, they might not even target you anymore because they sense your confidence and ability to peep game. Listen to this episode to listen to more tips on Ways to Avoid Playing Yourself.

    The Cost of Evolving

    The Cost of Evolving

    Hey Beauties,

Welcome back to Beauty Defines Podcast. On today’s episode I’m going to discuss the Cost of Evolving.

Beauties, evolving into a better version of yourself comes with a cost. There is a risk that’s associated with it and I believe that’s why so many women refuse to do the inner work. It requires a purge and you must face the woman in the mirror. There may be trauma, guilt, shame, misery, etc. that you have to address in order to evolve. You may lose family, friends, or even your own partner. But remember God will place the right people in your life in the right season and you deserve to vibrate higher.

Some people don’t want you to evolve whether that be in your romantic life, spiritually, financially, or mentally. Beauties, you did the inner work and have a right to demand more.

There’s a bible scripture that says: when I was a child, I talked like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put away the childish things.Beauties, its okay for your mindset to change and it must change for you to evolve.

Beauties, in order to level up and evolve, you must put away the childish things to prosper in your womanhood. God wants more for you and I want more for you. I love you and I am thankful to be on this journey with you. XOXO. Beauties, I hope you learned more about the Cost of Evolving. Intimidating Standards (Part 2)

    Intimidating Standards (Part 2)

    Hey Beauties,

Welcome back to Beauty Defines Podcast. On today’s episode I’m going to discuss Intimidating Standards Part 2.

The only people that are intimated by your standards are people that can’t reach them OR people that benefit from you having none.

Beauties, do not i repeat do not allow people to exploit you as a woman. You have a lot to offer even at your rawest state. If you knew your true value, you would charge and add tax to it.

You should have standards for yourself and others. If your standards intimidate someone, it simply means they don’t qualify.

    The Art of Releasing

    The Art of Releasing

    Hey Beauties,

Welcome back to Beauty Defines Podcast. On today’s episode I’m going to discuss the Art of Releasing.

Beauties, learning to release the things, people, habits, and spaces that no longer serve you is often times a difficult process for many of us. Trust me I’ve been there. And I’ve learned that it takes time and it’s a process that we must go through to grow and eventually heal ourselves. Some of the women listening to this episode may be in the exact situation I’m going to speak of, but don’t lose hope. You can do this.

I read a quote that stated: Love yourself so much that when someone treats you wrong, you recognize it.

Beauties, you must love yourself enough to release the things that are not good for your wellbeing.Self love, Living your Truth, and Going through the process of elimination to let go of toxic people, things, or environments are all keys to learning to release the things that no longer serve you.
