    Why Every Plan You've Tried Has an Expiry Date

    Most women who come to me have already tried something. A challenge, a program, a reset and it worked, until it didn't. In this episode I'm getting into why. Not the surface reason, but the actual structural reason every plan with a finish line eventually falls apart and the specific moment, usually around week 8 or 9, where women pull back right as it's working. I call it the identity gap. And once you understand what's happening there, the restart cycle starts to make a lot more sense.
