How to beat silly season…
Now I know there are plenty of you that like to let your hair down after a big year and go a little crazy and that’s perfectly fine.. But with that comes its disadvantages to start the new year.. It's been a rough year I understand, but excessive drinking and consistent poor food choices won’t change that or make it better. You have an opportunity to go into 2021 fresh minded and physically prepared for a fresh start.. That’s my plan to make 2021 the best year yet.. then again in 2022.
