Ep 21 - The Bridge of Incidents — How the Universe Connects Where You Are to Where You're Going

If you've done the inner work, shifted your identity, claimed your vision — and you're still waiting for the outer world to catch up — this episode is for you. Last week we talked about the in-between. This week I want to talk about what is actually happening inside it. The bridge of incidents is a concept from the teachings of Neville Goddard — and it is one of the most grounding, most practical, most quietly extraordinary ideas in the entire space of manifestation. It answers the question everyone in the in-between is asking: what is happening between my inner shift and my outer reality? The answer is this. The universe is building the bridge. One plank at a time. The unexpected phone call. The door that opens in a direction you didn't plan. The person who appears at exactly the right moment. The nudge that pulls you somewhere unfamiliar but somehow right. These are not coincidences. These are the bridge — carrying you, step by step, from where you are to where your consciousness has already placed you. In this episode: Neville Goddard's concept of the bridge of incidents — explained clearly and practicallyThe neuroscience of why the inner shift changes what you notice, who you meet, and what becomes possibleThe three most common ways people step off their bridge without realising itWhy releasing the how is one of the most powerful things you can do for your manifestationA five-step framework for walking your bridge with trust, openness, and grounded faithListen to The In-Between first if you haven't already — these two episodes are designed to be heard together. Ep 20 - The In-Between — Who You Are When You're No Longer Who You Were But Not Yet Who You're Becoming

Nobody prepares you for this part. Not the beginning — that has its own energy, its own spark. And not the arrival — that gets all the celebration. But the space in between? The place where the old version of you has dissolved and the new one hasn't fully formed yet? That place is largely uncharted. And it is, I think, where most people quietly give up — convinced that nothing is changing, that it isn't working, that they should go back to who they were. Today's episode is for everyone living in that space right now. I want to give it a name, describe it so precisely that you recognise yourself in it, and offer you a completely different way of understanding what is actually happening. Because the in-between is not a problem to be solved. It is not a plateau or a setback or a sign that you are behind. It is the most sacred and significant part of any transformation. And once you understand it that way, everything changes. In this episode: The anthropology of liminal space — what it actually means to be on a thresholdWhy the in-between feels so disorienting, so lonely, and so easy to misread as failureThe caterpillar and chrysalis metaphor — and what it tells us about dissolution and becomingWhy self-doubt gets loudest exactly when you are closest to the breakthroughFive grounded, practical ways to honour and navigate the in-between without abandoning the processThis one is for the woman who is doing the work and can't yet see the results. Who knows she is changing but can't quite prove it yet. Who is somewhere between who she was and who she is becoming — and needs someone to tell her that is exactly where she needs to be. Ep 19 - Signs, Synchronicities and the Breadcrumb Trail — How the Universe Communicates With You

Have you ever thought of someone and then your phone lit up with their name? Seen the same number sequence so many times it stopped feeling like a coincidence? Had a stranger say something in passing that answered the exact question you'd been sitting with all week? Most of us have had these moments. And most of us have either brushed them off — or felt that quiet, electric feeling in our chest that said: that was not a coincidence. In this episode I'm diving into signs and synchronicities — what they actually are, what the science says about why we notice them, and what spiritual traditions across thousands of years have understood about the universe as a communicating intelligence. We also get practical. Because signs are not passive — they are invitations. And knowing how to read them, trust them, and follow them is one of the most powerful skills you can develop on this path. In this episode: Carl Jung and where the concept of synchronicity actually came fromThe neuroscience of why you notice what you notice — and how to prime yourself to notice moreWhat Neville Goddard says about signs and the outer world as a reflection of your inner stateHow to tell the difference between a genuine sign and wishful thinkingWhat to do when the signs go quietThe trail is there. It has always been there. This episode will help you see it. Keep becoming, Bec. Come connect with me over on Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/becomingwithbec/

Ep 18 - You Are Living One Timeline — But Infinite Versions of Your Life Already Exist

What if the life you want isn't something you have to build from scratch? What if it already exists? Right now — in this moment — there is a version of you who has already arrived. Who made slightly different choices, held slightly different beliefs about herself, moved through the world with just a little more trust. And ended up somewhere extraordinary. Quantum physics calls this the Many Worlds Interpretation. Neville Goddard called it living in the end. Ancient spiritual traditions have been pointing at it for thousands of years. And what they are all saying — from completely different directions — is this: the life you are reaching toward is not a distant possibility you have to earn your way to. It is a reality that already exists in the field of potential. Waiting not for you to work harder — but for you to become the version of yourself who inhabits it. In this episode we explore the concept of multiple timelines — what quantum physics actually says, what the greatest spiritual teachers have understood, and most importantly, what it means for the choices you make today. In this episode: The quantum physics of superposition and the Many Worlds Interpretation — explained accessibly and honestlyWhat Neville Goddard, Hindu philosophy, and Buddhism all say about the nature of reality and your role in itWhy you don't jump to a new timeline — you become the person who is already living itHow your daily decisions are functioning as timeline selectors right now, whether you realise it or notYour emotional state as a real-time GPS for which version of yourself you are currently beingThis episode will change the way you see every choice you make. Even the small ones. Especially the small ones. Keep becoming, Bec. Come connect with me over on Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/becomingwithbec/

Ep 17: No One Is Coming To Save You - Why You Are The One You've Been Waiting For

This might be the most confronting thing I'll ever say to you. And also the most liberating. No one is coming to save you. Not the right partner, not the perfect opportunity, not the stars finally aligning or the timing suddenly being right. Not the version of you that feels more ready, more confident, more certain than you do today. No one. Is coming. And on the other side of that truth — if you let it land properly — is the most empowering realisation you will ever have. Because it means the life you want is not waiting on anyone else. It is waiting on you. In this episode we go deep on radical self-responsibility and what it actually means to stop waiting and start moving. We talk about why — even when we know we need to change — we still don't. Why the waiting room feels so safe. And how to finally walk out of it. In this episode: Why your brain is literally wired to keep you exactly where you areThe difference between self-responsibility and self-blame — and why it mattersWhy nothing changes if nothing changes — and what that actually looks like in practiceThe compound effect of small daily choices on your identity and your realityThree honest questions to ask yourself right nowThis one is not about being hard on yourself. It's about finally being honest with yourself — and choosing, from this moment forward, to be the person who moves. Keep becoming, Bec. Ep 16 - I Was Manifesting Before I Even Knew What It Was - My Personal Manifestation Story

Before I ever read a book on manifestation, before I knew who Neville Goddard or Joe Dispenza were, before I had a single word for any of it — I was already doing it. Test driving my dream car just to feel what it was like to sit in it. Walking my dogs and imagining pushing a pram through those same streets. Moving through the display home of the house we were building as if I already lived there. Walking the streets of our new suburb before we'd even packed a box. I thought I was just a dreamer. Turns out, I was a manifestor. In this episode I'm sharing my personal story — the real, before-I-knew-what-this-was version — and breaking down exactly what was happening beneath the surface through the lens of neuroscience, quantum physics, and the frameworks I've since studied deeply. Because I genuinely believe that most of us arrive at this work thinking we're starting from scratch. We're not. We're just finally learning the language for something we've always known. In this episode: Why test driving your dream car is actually a powerful neurological practiceHow imagining a future version of your life conditions your body to expect itThe science behind why walking through spaces you want to inhabit worksWhat Neville Goddard and Joe Dispenza say about what I was doing all alongIf you've ever looked back at your life and thought — wait, did I actually create that? — this one is for you. Keep becoming, Bec.
