    In this episode, I had an amazing chat with Melinda Buchmann about life, leadership, business from the inside out and redefining success beyond burnout and outdated career expectations. Melinda is the founder of Shuck It Coaching and a leadership coach helping professionals realign their work and lives around authenticity, wellbeing and purpose. We explored Melinda’s journey from corporate leadership into coaching, including the very real challenges of fertility decisions, IVF, personal loss and navigating perimenopause while maintaining a high-performing career. We had an open and raw chat about our shared experiences and navigating those seriously darks days, something we need to talk more openly about.
