Ali Pinion | Dreaming The Bee

Today’s episode, which was recorded in early September, is very special to me and one that I feel is a deliciously thought provoking way to end 2021. Our guest is a beekeeper and educator that embodies wisdom, spirituality, religion, symbolism, and incorporates them into her beekeeping practices. She is one of the beacons of light in our community!

zLeigh3 ,

So darn wonderful to hear you again!!

Was fascinated and heartened by the idea of ‘swarm habitat.’ What a breath of fresh air. Also, a pure delight to hear your voice again. Happy Winter Solstice Mandy. Bee season ‘starts’ tomorrow! 😄 I’ve tried to cut back to fewer hives. No luck on that at all. More bees than ever. Cheers to you!! —Leigh from Beekeeping at Five Apple Farm Podcast.

Love this beekeeping podcast

This is a really great podcast. Mandy is a warm and engaging conversationalist whose knowledge and passion for bees and sharing beekeeping experiences is infectious. As a matter of full disclosure, I was a guest with The Pollinators documentary film, so I can tell say this from my personal experience--I didn’t really want to stop talking with her. As a beekeeper, I look forward to listening to this podcast and learning from other beekeepers experience.
