Novare Potential
For the sixth episode, Denise and Juliana invited Eduardo Alvarez Nowak, Tech Educational Leader at Novare Potential, (a division of Novare that helps newcomers to Sweden to establish themselves in the local IT job market). Eduardo is originally from Ecuador and worked as an assistant teacher at KTH Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan before.
Our guest shared the information about 3-4 months programs in Novare Potential and discussed how his job helps technical specialists to overcome the lack of Swedish background and language barrier. And the last one is very important, considers he.

The Upskill Company
For this episode, Denise and Juliana invited Louise Vanerell, COO and co-founder of The Upskill Company. It was started in September 2020 during the pandemic and has been a great example of how unstable times are also a way to find new opportunities. The Company's core is to bring people to the tech industry through a 12-week, tailor-made program and then send them as consultants to other companies with the expectation to get a permanent position after 1 year of work.

Emigreat
We know how really hard are the first months or even years in a new country. And there are people whose mission is to make this process as easy as possible. The guest of our new podcast is Anali Guzman Molina, CEO, and Founder of Emigreat, a platform that facilitates the relocation process in Sweden. Anali is originally from the Dominican Republic and now lives in Sweden, so she has her own story of starting life in a new place. Scania Reskilling Program
In the third episode of the second season of Beela's Talk, Denise and Juliana interview Dick Lyhammar, Head of Services and Sales IT Scania. Dick talks about Scania reskilling program that happened last year to promote D&I within the company. After three months in the program, 12 employees from different parts of Scania, were reskilled into IT developers at the Swedish vehicle manufacturer and become able to bring new perspectives and solutions to the team as well to face new challenges in their careers.

Tech Fellowship
In the second episode of the second season of Beela's Talk, Denise and Juliana interview William Liu and Patty Santa Cruz from Spotify to talk about Tech Fellowship. Patty is a former mentee and a Backend Developer since she finished the program 5 years ago. William has been working for Spotify for 8 years and he is an Engineering Manager and mentor at Tech Fellowship. Tech Fellowship is a development program aimed at hiring engineers just entering the professional tech environment from a diverse set of backgrounds.
