    I believe that same little voice is telling me it is time to move on from this podcast. I started it almost a year and a half ago: after becoming vegetarian, during the pandemic and before I stopped drinking.     When you complete a hard thing it’s way more satisfying then when you complete something simple that required no effort.     The next time you encounter someone who has a different opinion than you, before you judge them make an effort to look for what you may have in common with them and respect them for that. Even if it is just the fact that you are both human beings. Human beings with thoughts, feelings and emotions. You never know what someone is going through, so allow grace to lead you.     We waste a lot of time striving for this and working toward that and we ignore the blessings that are right in front of us. I guess I realize this more now that I’m at the age that I am. My advice to you: don’t wait until your almost 60 to look around and appreciate the life you have right now. It’s a beautiful life after all.     I am a firm believer in the idea of belief. In other words, I honestly feel that you can do anything as long as you recognize that the first step is to simply believe.  Any action that you take starts with a thought.     It can be difficult to leave social media entirely. Especially when the entire world is on it. I get it but it has been helpful for me to closely monitor what information I take in and make sound decisions about what I choose to ignore.
