    What changes when I choose one highest priority before my habitual reactions take over? A reflection on creating a conscious heart room, spacious enough to hold irritation, anger and disagreement without letting them run the game. Perhaps an open heart isn't a state we have to maintain, but a larger room in which our humanness is allowed to exist.

    What happens when learned politeness comes into conflict with what is actually true for me? A reflection on the fear of rejecting others, the habit of overriding ourselves and the possibility of being both true and kind at the same time. What if I can include myself without excluding you?

    Why do I spend so little time with my own being when that is precisely where I experience fullness? I explore our tendency to constantly move away from what is already here, into thoughts, stories and stimulation and what happens when I turn my attention back towards the simple aliveness of being. Because where I place my attention is also a way of saying: this is what I value. This is what i love

    What is the difference between the thinking mind and pure awareness? In this episode, I explore the mental maps we create about life, how easily we can mistake them for reality, and what happens when we let go of old beliefs and become more receptive to new input from life. A reflection on the mind, the nervous system, consciousness and the spacious awareness that can hold it all.

    What happens when we try to make something happen before the time is ripe? A blackberry on my morning walk became a beautiful reminder of timing, trust and the difference between pushing life forward from the mind and listening for the right moment. Perhaps much of our struggle comes from using force when what we really need is a little bit more trust.

    Direct experience versus living through our stories about life. We can understand so much with our minds, but without EXPERIENCE, it cannot fully land inside us. In this episode, I explore what happens when we dare to experience life more directly, including what is difficult and why our body and senses need to be part of it.
