    Here are the top Three Ways Routine Exercise Helps Children's Brains Get Ready to Learn More attention and memory - Exercise increases the blood flow to the brain which increases alertness, focus and concentration. With blood flow comes both oxygen and glucose which give the brain the fuel it needs to make the most out of learning!
