This Field is DIFFICULT.
I’m in the same boat!! At the near end of my hours and program, and starting to study. I felt seen when y’all talked about the last few months of direct dragging 😂 thought I was the only one. Those your podcast!
Enjoyable and informative
Thanks for your podcast, I am not in ABA, so I know it not geared towards me, but I have really enjoyed listening. I am the parent of a child in ABA and was looking for more information on the subject and came across this podcast a couple weeks ago. I started by listening to the most pertinent episodes for me, but really enjoyed it and ended binging all the episodes. I found the information very helpful in understanding what my child does all day, and it also gave me a better understanding and greater respect for those who work with my kid.
As a parent, ABA can be very intimidating, and I was really nervous to start as there is so many conflicting opinions out there. We have been at it for over a year now, and while everything is not always perfect, and sometimes progress is slow, most of the people who have worked with my child are amazing, kind, and very fun and positive people. So thank you for all the insightful information. I would love it if someday you did an episode geared towards what parents should know/expect going in, what questions are good to ask, and how to know whether the clinic they are at is actually a good fit. I feel like that time was such a blur for me as we had so much new information coming at us and I looking back I was really shell shocked and just running on fumes.

I like this podcast but the audio is so low compared to others 🥺 if I don’t have my volume on the highest setting, I won’t be able to hear well
