    In this week’s episode, I discuss FODO (the fear of disappointing others) and share thoughts on how it can adversely affect teamwork. I also offer some tips on ways to beat this fear, designed to reduce stress and anxiety, improve team communications and avoid overwhelm for those who find it hard to say no.
