The comments I would like to leave you involve only a couple of additional points related to the topics. 1) Speaker Pelosi broke from standard tradition and did not say during the introduction that it was her high privilege and distinct honor to introduce the President of the United States but merely said “the President of the United States.” Snub #1 from the outset 2) During the Senate trial it was already in the record all 17 witness testimonies and 28,000 documents obtained during the impeachment process in the House of Representatives. The Senate deliberated on all that information as well as the case presented by both the Impeachment managers from the house and the President’s council and then determined that there was a lack of sufficient cause to convict the President on the vague articles that didn’t include a crime or rise to the level of an impeachable act according to the Constitution.
