Don't walk; RUN if you come across any funky contracts, have back bar drama, or if you simply don't align with that business. Life is short; why waste your skills on employer's that don't value your expertise?
There are a TON of ethical businesses out there. Please be aware of some of those who aren't. It WILL save you time and a lot of headache in the end.
