    EP 02: Akarsh Khurana (Director / Writer) | Karwaan, Krrish, Yeh Meri Family, Rashmi Rocket

    Akarsh Khurana, the man who directed Karwaan, High Jack, the upcoming Rashmi Rocket and Mismatched. He has also written for movies like Krrish 3, Kites, U Me Our Hum, Humshakals and his famous show - TVF Tripling. You may have spotted him acting in Yeh Meri Family, Bhangra Paa Le or Befikre. He is also known for his theatre production house Akvarious which has staged at least 75 plays, performed over a 1000 shows across 26 cities, India and abroad. What do I say, this man is multi-faceted and an absolute beast of a teacher to many. I have had the privilege to be his cinematographer for a project and I can totally vouch for his awesomeness. With this podcast, I want to have a conversation with some of India’s most influential names in the film and television industry. You’ll hear directors, actors, cinematographers, choreographers, editors, music and sound professionals share their experiences and stories, all while telling us how its done! I started these sessions on Instagram as part of my Live chats and now I’d like to continue them over podcasts. The first few episodes are the products of my Instagram sessions. The idea of this podcast is to educate and empower the aspiring community of film makers in India.
