They then turn their attention to wild weather that has swept Tokyo over the 48 hours and the havoc it wreaked for Carol Cooke and Dylan Alcott, before speaking to two-time Paralympic gold medalist Tracy Barrell about her wild experiences at Barcelona 92.

S2, Episode 2 - Gold rush, lockdowns and inner strength with Thomas Birtwhistle
In today's episode of Behind the Podium, Ella and Daniel take you through their best moments from the first three days of competition and the medals won from the pool and velodrome. An early goldrush supports Ella's prediction of 30 Aussie golds for the Games, while Daniel's high expectations for Ellie Cole are dashed by the next generation of Aussie para-swimmers. They then preview the athletics, basketball and tennis after talking rowing with Tom Birtwhistle, who is racing in the PR3 Mixed Coxed Four in Tokyo.

On today's Season Two launch of Behind the Podium, Ella and Daniel return to talk Paralympics ahead of the Opening Ceremony tonight.
