Wonderful Podcast!
Alex is a great host with wonderful guests. I love her season 3 pivot to wellness. It's a very informative and inspiring listen!
So quiet
I enjoy the podcast but the volume is so low. I have to turn it up to max almost every time.
Easy to listen to, packed with inspiration!
Normally I listen to comedic podcast when I’m running, and have recently started listening to this podcast which is not comedic yet entertaining and has funny moments. But most of all it has giving me things to think about as I run. It’s inspirational and I highly recommend this as a choice when you’re looking at all the different running podcast out there!
