We talk about what it actually looks like to give honest feedback to your friends (without it feeling awkward or harsh), and how to receive feedback in a way that genuinely helps you grow. Not all feedback is equal, so we also get into how to tell what to take on board and what to leave behind. We share our own experiences, the ways we are learning to be more honest in our conversations, and how to approach feedback with a growth mindset, even when it is not delivered perfectly.
