    Ultimate secret of happiness is simple and this simple formula is very important :- tell yourself will faith and belief that your present and future are better then your past and believe it with no questions! May be your past was beautiful and you think you will not have this in future but so what - you will have better ❤️ because you deserve better future and present ! Maybes your past was not good enough but so what it is now gone and now you will get better present and future because you deserve it ❤️. Only one can stay in your mind - faith or worry !     Never Feel Stressed Again

    If you can do something to get into better situations - do it not. If you can’t do anything just sit back and relax - divert yourself, make yourself busy, concentrate on the work you are going to do, listen to music, go for a run, breath deep and slow . Say good things to yourself- you are stressfree, you are strong, you are energetic, you are feeling positivity, you are feeling happy, you love yourself, and just relax everything is going to be all right ❤️

    Enjoy your life - you are young , wild , free - go for night outs - go for hangout’s - fall in love - have sex - go travel - enjoy your fullest BUT consciously, enjoy in such a way that you are also focused on your goals and building beautiful future ! Because beautiful things are coming- remind yourself daily that you have a goal you have to work on it and you should always be focused to your goals even while enjoying your present - you should have a balance , you should learn to balance and once you learn to balance things you are going to win long term game ❤️

    Never Get Affected By Anyone And Anything Again In Your Life !

    No one can affect you at all if you are stable - you have stable mind ! Stable mind can be built with practice- 1) when something happens which affects you say INTERESTING, now what should I do - find the way out ! It will relax you and you will find the way out easily and quickly 2) love yourself the most - love starts with self love, remove negative people who discourage you, who don’t believe in you and add people who support you , love you and motivate you which helps you achieve your goals sooner LOVE YOURSELF THE MOST 3) Breath deeply and slowly - will help you deal with anger and frustration, will calm you down, will make you relaxed 4) Think positive in all situations- concentrate on positive things in each and every stage of your life !

    Get Things Done Easily And Smoothly !

    You can get things done very easily and smoothly by just understanding human nature , by nature we all love to hear good and positive things about ourselves - so before you get to point where you can hurt someone just figure out what are best qualities in the person and say something which will make them feel good and confident but keep in mind that not doing this sincerely will make them feel like you are faking and buttering which can make things go wrong so say nice things with emotions and sincerely - then say your point, and see the magic ❤️
