    88: In My Feelings?

KINGDOM CITIZENS!!!   On today’s episode, Samantha dives deep into the complex relationship between our emotions and our spiritual lives. In a world that often tells us to suppress our feelings or that emotions are inherently bad, Samantha challenges this narrative by reminding us that emotions are a gift from God. She explains how we can experience heaven here on earth while navigating our emotional experiences — all without letting those emotions lead us into sin.   She also reflects on Psalm 139:8, where we are reminded that there is no place we can go to escape God's presence—not even in our most emotional or challenging moments.   Key Takeaways: Emotions are not only valid, but they are also a gift from God, meant to be expressed in healthy ways. It’s okay to feel deeply, but we must not allow our emotions to lead us into sin. We must learn to align our emotions with God's will by being led by the Holy Spirit, even when it’s countercultural or difficult.   Tune in for a refreshing perspective on emotions.   🎯Scriptures Referenced:   Psalms 139:8   Ephesians 4:26   John 11:1-44     🎯Additional Resources: Beingone Podcast Store: Beingonepodcast.com   🎯Connect with us: Facebook: Beingone Podcast Instagram: Beingonepodcast Youtube: Beingone Podcast   🎯Connect with our host: Instagram/YouTube: Beingsamtv     Thanks for tuning in! 86: Capture the Revelation

Kingdom Citizens!!! In this episode, we dive into the powerful story of Daniel and his 21-day fast. It’s easy to empathize with Daniel, feeling as though our own prayers go unanswered or are delayed. But what if there’s a deeper reason for Daniel’s experience and why his story is shared with us? What if it’s meant to reveal the reality of the spiritual realm and the forces that oppose God's plans and purposes for our lives? Daniel prayed and fasted for an answer. Though there was no immediate response, his persistence brought him not only the answer but also a profound revelation: his prayer was answered from the start, but spiritual forces were at work opposing the revelation of God’s truths. What if the obstacles you face are actually opportunities for divine revelations? Revelation means “truth revealed” — God isn’t trying to punish you or wear you out. He wants you to grasp a divine truth that will guide you through future seasons.   So, don’t be weary; be glad. Everything that God does is INTENTIONAL.     🎯Scriptures Referenced:   Daniel 10:12-14 Then he said, “Don’t be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day you began to pray for understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your request has been heard in heaven. I have come in answer to your prayer. But for twenty-one days the spirit prince of the kingdom of Persia blocked my way. Then Michael, one of the archangels, came to help me, and I left him there with the spirit prince of the kingdom of Persia. Now I am here to explain what will happen to your people in the future, for this vision concerns a time yet to come.”     🎯Additional Resources: Beingone Podcast Store: Beingonepodcast.com   🎯Connect with us: Facebook: Beingone Podcast Instagram: Beingonepodcast Youtube: Beingone Podcast   🎯Connect with our host: Instagram/YouTube: Beingsamtv     Thanks for tuning in! 85: What if You Are Wrong?

Kingdom Citizens!!!    In this episode, Samantha urges us to confront memories that evoke pain and anguish within us — those “triggering” memories. Samantha challenges us reconsider how we perceive them. With a bold question, she prompts us to ponder: “What if you’re wrong about the memory?”  She encourages us to look back at the memory and rewrite them from Christ’s perspective, the perspective that “all things work together out for your good”.    During the episode, Samantha shares a profound truth: “If you claim that God is good, then He must be good in your past, present, and future.”      Reflective Quote: “Our ego wants us to defend what we think we know and remember, if I’m wrong , is my whole life a lie? We’re too tied to the past, thats why we can’t fathom letting our part of the story go.”      We pray that after listening to this episode you will decide to no longer be a victim of your past. We pray that God gives you the courage to face your past and rewrite your story from Christ’s perspective.      🎯Scriptures Referenced:    Romans 12:2  Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.   Isaiah 43:18-19  “Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.   Romans 8:28  And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.   James 1:8  He is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.   🎯Reading Resources:   Cognitive Dissonance    Cognitive dissonance is the discomfort a person feels when their behavior does not align with their values or beliefs. Cognitive dissonance is a psychological phenomenon that occurs when a person holds two contradictory beliefs at the same time. - Medical News Today  https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/326738#effects     “The latest research on memory says that memory is creative. 50% of the story we embellish as people is made up. We have the habit of doing that because we can use it to excuse ourselves from changing. We make our past sound worse than it really was. … Unfortunately, the stories we make become our identity.” – Dr. Joe Dispenza https://lewishowes.com/podcast/unlock-the-full-potential-of-your-mind-with-dr-joe-dispenza/     🎯Additional Resources: Beingone Podcast Store: Beingonepodcast.com   🎯Connect with us: Facebook: Beingone Podcast Instagram: Beingonepodcast Youtube: Beingone Podcast   🎯Connect with our host: Instagram/YouTube: Beingsamtv     Thanks for tuning in! 84: No faith is a Sin

“If you don’t do things in faith, then you are in sin”    KINGDOM CITIZENS!!   In this weeks episode Samantha will discuss the importance of living with conviction in faith. She highlights the distinction between merely conforming to societal norms and living by one’s deeply held convictions. We encourage you to tune in to hear Samantha’s passionate perspective on the topic.    We pray that after listening to this episode you will start living your life completely in faith.    🎯Scriptures Referenced:    In Romans 14:22-23 “So whatever you believe about these things keep between yourself and God. Blessed is the one who does not condemn himself by what he approves. But whoever has doubts is condemned if they eat, because their eating is not from faith; and everything that does not come from faith is sin.”   In Romans 8:28 “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”   In Hebrews 11:1 “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”   In Romans 10:17 “So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”       🎯Additional Resources: Beingone Podcast Store: Beingonepodcast.com   🎯Connect with us: Facebook: Beingone Podcast Instagram: Beingonepodcast Youtube: Beingone Podcast   🎯Connect with our host: Instagram/YouTube: Beingsamtv     Thanks for tuning in! 83: You're Ready To Grow

A part 2 of “82: You’re Being Immature”    Kingdom Citizens!!!    In this episode, Samantha discusses the transformative power of grace. She teaches us the truth about how our authenticity is the link to experiencing God’s boundless grace. Samantha emphasizes that living inauthentically places us under the law and hinders our ability to receive and embody grace that God freely offers. By letting go of the need to conform to religious expectations we create the opportunity to experience heaven here on earth through the grace that comes by faith.     In other words, you don’t give God room to be God when you pretend.      We pray that after listening to this episode you will decide to grow daily by the help of the Holy Spirit.       🎯Scriptures Referenced:    In Luke 17:20–21, Jesus says, “The kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you” (NKJV)   In John 10:10, Jesus said, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly” (ESV).   “I and the Father are one” (John 10:30)   (Luke 15:29–30). The father answers gently: “My son, . . . you are always with me, and everything I have is yours. But we had to celebrate and be glad” (verses 31–32).   “The Lord says, ‘These people come near to me with their mouth and honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me’” (Isaiah 29:13).   In 2 Timothy 3, the apostle Paul describes the nature of people in the last days. In his description, he warns of people who are characterized as “having a form of godliness but denying its power” (verse 5)    In 1 Timothy 4:1–2: “The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron.”   🎯Reading Resources:   https://openthebible.org/article/i-desire-mercy-not-sacrifice/       🎯Additional Resources: Beingone Podcast Store: Beingonepodcast.com   🎯Connect with us: Facebook: Beingone Podcast Instagram: Beingonepodcast Youtube: Beingone Podcast   🎯Connect with our host: Instagram/YouTube: Beingsamtv     Thanks for tuning in!
