It is time to believe and receive all that God has for you. God wants you to dream and accomplish all the desires he has placed in your heart. Once you believe and receive your worth in God, then you can fully access all of God’s promises. You have already been given everything you need to live out the life God has intended for you. I am a firm believer that God is always at work and I want to encourage you to dream BIG and get free from a limited mindset. As we walk this journey together let’s go after our goals, our dreams and dare to take God at his word and Believe for Bigger!!

    Ask Coach Christina-How do you navigate shifting friendships?

    We are in the middle of the Ask Coach Christina series. I am taking your questions this month and answering them on the podcast. This week I am answering the question of how to handle shifting friendships. There are times when everything can be going well in a friendship, but then a shift happens. It can be caused by jealousy, envy or just when one person begins to elevate. No matter what the reason of the shift it is never easy to navigate the change. Looking to God to guide you is the key. Prayer and asking God to reveal to what he is trying to show you through the shift can help ease the change. We are meant for relationships, but the right ones are key to growth!     Leading yourself well-Are you good with yourself, God and others?

    In this week's podcast let's continue our conversation where we left off. In order to lead others well we have to be well within ourselves, God and others. When we are well within ourselves we can lead with confidence and not allow baggage to hinder our leadership. We have to face left over residue from our past and learn to forgive ourselves and others. God wants a relationship with us and if we harbor anger, bitterness or resentment it can hinder our relationship with him. We also have to be at peace with others. Often times we find ourselves disappointed in others because we hold people to unrealistic expectations. Let's have a real talk on what we need to do to let go of what is holding us back so we can move forward and lead with confidence.     Leading yourself well so you can lead others!

    Let's do a shift and let's talk about leading well and what that really means. I believe in order for you to lead others you have to start with leading yourself. It starts with you. Many of us are taking care of all things, but fail to take care of ourselves. I am talking more than just self care, but soul care. We have to connect back to the one who can refresh and restore our soul. Our connection with God is what our soul craves. May this message bless you and remind you to find rest in the Lord.     The words you speak carry authority

    This week I want to continue our conversation on our kingdom authority. The words we speak matter and what you say has authority. Often times we speak words so carelessly or often don't realize by speaking words of faith we build our faith in the one who can shift the situation. God's word reminds us in so many scriptures about the words we speak. We have to decide if we are going to speak words that bring life to our situation or continue to curse and rehearse the negative situation. You get decide what you choose to speak. Speak life!     Walking in your kingdom authority !

    Let's do a shift this week since I have been sensing the word authority. I want to break down some bible verses that tell us we have and carry authority because we are a child of God. I believe in order for us to walk in our authority we have to know who we are in Christ. Our identity is the key foundation of kingdom authority. After we know who we are in Christ then we have to accept and acknowledge that God has already given us the permission needed to exercise that authority.
