I originally rated it 5 stars but this show is so inconsistent that it's really hard to remain a fan. You never know if you'll get ANY episode during the week. There's been weeks where they'll put out two or more episodes on weeks that we aren't even expecting fights. They should put out an episode every single Monday, especially if there's a fight that weekend or the weekend before. Im also disappointed that Shannon isn't part of the show anymore.

I love the show! The shame bell, the drinking game, the DJ horns, the barking dog, Rebecca, "i think Michael Bisping said it best", Luis Gomez (i'm not saying J Gomez every time bro), Shannon taking the abuse like a champ! With her squeaky voice, etc. The podcast is one of my new favorites and I look forward to every new episode. They talk fights and a bunch of other stuff. I started listening after I saw Bisping on Theo Vons podcast and he was hilarious. Very likeable guy. The fan videos and calls are my favorite too. Good to see a former champion find success after retiring from the UFC. Love you guys.
