    Last time I sat with fungi was nearly a year ago & I thought, 'hmm maybe a micro-dose would assist me at this time?' and then guess what, that day, I made a new friend & just my luck, they were flying out tomorrow & had leftover mushrooms to give to me... That is manifestation. When an internal reality, becomes an external, within only a matter of hours. This is the work of alignment, the Universe WANTS to give you what you want. Ask & you shall receive. ✨ In today's episode, I reflect on the deep introspection after sitting with a psilocybin micro-dose 🍄 I gained an ironic clarity. I do the medicine work everyday. Here's the thing, when you combine solitude with a regulated nervous system, your body now feels safe enough to release allllllll the repressed trauma within the body.     Hey angels, I'm coming back with the topic of fear & intuition AGAIN because I really feel that we are being given a clear choice. Do you want to continue with how things have been, living in fear of what others think, staying in your comfort zone, and wondering, "is there more for me?" Or are you ready to listen to your intuition, and let it guide you to the magic of the unknown that is your dreams & desires & self-love like you've never known before. ! Spoiler ! This is how I lead my life & it is oh so beautiful. I am still facing my fears everyday, but being intuition & heart led makes life worth living. In this episode I share my very personal story of how I learned a big lesson on how fear can eat away at your life, causing pain, sickness & addictive tendencies. Intuition is a muscle that gets stronger each time you act on it, so let's start now, are you feeling called to listen? Or is it possible that you are afraid of your next level and what you could uncover if you do go deep within. Trust that intuition is the instinct that will never led you astray. In fact, if you think about all the times you did trust your gut, I think you'll find it was always right 😉 I can promise you this, since choosing to listen to my intuition over what anyone else has to say, I've never been happier.     "I don't want to do this anymore", "I don't know what I want", "I don't want this life anymore" Ok, I hear you. And so does your brain. The danger with this I-don't-want-syndrome, is that the subconscious mind does not understand negatives. Example: Don't think about a turtle with a little red hat on doing a dance... You thought about it didn't you. This doesn't mean you failed, it's because your mind does not understand negatives. When you say “don't this”, “don't that”, it is counterproductive to your manifestations. Never fear angels, I'm here to guide you in the direction of clarity. Let's get CLEAR on what you DO want. So that we make the manifesting process easier for our very hard working brains. Remember, the whole reason we are having this human experience is because we have a brain. Ok let's dive in!

    Welcome back to my beautiful mother, Natasha Divine! We met her in S1 E4 introducing my earth, soul & star mumma, and now she's back to share her story & her divine wisdom she has gained along the way back to herself. This episode Mum speaks on her journey of a life of chronic pain, what Ayahuasca showed her about her pain and how intuition is literally your never failing GPS navigation for life. Mum's story is so powerful, because despite being a valid victim of domestic violence, she decided to step out of the victim consciousness & external blame, and decided to take this as a teaching, guiding herself back to self love. Mum didn't become all light and love overnight. In order to get to this level of unconditional love and acceptance of self, you've got to go inwards. And going inward means going deep into the dark depths in the shadows, and loving yourself every part of yourself, no matter what! Mum truly embodies the message that every experience is something we can learn from. Mum so effortlessly is able to thank her previous partners and her pain for teachings it has given her. This is a women who is a human, yet still manages to embody unconditional love & forgiveness for herself and therefore the world. I believe this is makes what my mother a master at what she does. To take the most horrifying experience she ever had, and accept that this was a teaching in order for her to grow and become the person she is, is so admirable to me. To step out of the victim conscious, depsite being a valid victim in the circumstances, and to trust her internal GPS (intutuion) to guide her out of suffering, and back into herself to foster the deep self love that has now lead her to choosing peace and releasing self-sabotage. Whether you're suffering from health issues, in a relationship that is no longer serving you or simply are ready to listen and learn from the strongest woman I know, this episode is for you.
