Sleep Sabotage 🤦🏻‍♀️

Wow did not know I was sabotaging my sleep! I can always tell if I’ve had a bad night, it makes the following day feel so long and has a major impact on my mood & motivation. However I didn’t realize all of the bad habits I’ve developed that have been preventing me from falling & staying asleep. Not only does Dr. K discuss sleep but also a lot of cool “biohacking” trends that are super interesting. Love love love!
