Body Acceptance is NOT Giving Up - 4:10:24, 1.22 PM
We hear this a lot!!! "Body acceptance is giving up"......NOPE...nope its not. In fact, its exactly the opposite. It might be giving up on forcing a square peg into a circle, and giving up on all the b******t out there, but it is NOT giving up on yourself!!!

Body comparing and genetics - 10:20:23, 1.17 PM
We discuss "body comparison". We can not actually change what our shape or design is suppose to be. We can only support what we have. Genetics determines many things for us and we can only work with what we have. Embrace your shape. Treat yourself with love and kindness.

More than just nutrition talk!!
I love that they provide various examples to demonstrate the different building blocks to nutrition. Many believe registered dietitians are there to tell you what to eat and what not to eat, but it is quite the opposite. They are there to build a relationship with the person and help them find their way back to health. The connection between our mind and body is so powerful! Keep up the good work ladies 💕
So Informative And Uplifting!
Annie and Nicole are so incredibly informative! They offer nutrition facts and fundamentals, as well as dispel the myths in such a fun and positive way!I also appreciate the intuitive eating approach that is encouraged and discussed.I always learn something,& am able to apply it for my own well being. Thank you for the work that you both do!
Simplifying the Complex
Aside from being highly skilled, professional dietitians, Annie and Nicole are adept at breaking away the husk of society’s assumptions about health and food to reveal the simple kernel of universal truth. We are a species that is designed to eat a variety of foods, and our ability to regulate that has been distorted by a sea of marketing and glut. Learn to truly know your body and you can eat what you want while being the healthiest version of yourself. This is their simple message, and it’s one that is worth embracing.
