    Living Sacrifice

    Hey y’all! This weeks pod is all about being a living sacrifice for God. We dived into how being a living sacrifice is the shedding of our old life, but daily renewal of our commitment to God. Because sometimes we forget that it’s a daily commitment to God rather than a one time promise. We explained what we had to sacrifice as we got closer to God, and the closer our relationship grew with God we understood how our past life and our new life can’t dwell in the same place. Joella referenced how it’s like wearing dirty clothes and putting clean clothes over it. You have to choose one! Hope you enjoy this weeks podcast!

    What Is Modesty?

    Hi Guys this week we talk about all things modesty, and we didn’t hold back! Modesty is something that we both are continually working on as we grow closer to God. We discussed what it looks like as a Christian girl trying to understand modesty for ourselves. The closer we get to God, the more we understand how God see’s us and how we want to honor ourselves through what we wear. Modesty is more than the clothes that we wear but more so lifestyle. As daughters of the most high we are learning each day the importance of holding ourselves to that standard with what we choose to wear! Enjoy!

    Close Them Doors!

    Hi guys! This week we went in depth of how important it is to leave those doors closed that God already shut! We talked about how in our own lives sometimes we find it hard to stop revisiting areas that we know that God doesn’t want us. Like old friendships/relationships. We always think that we know best and have a hard time in keeping the doors closed. But we are reminded that anytime God closes a door it’s for the better. He has something greater in store and we just need to trust him! Hope you enjoy!

    Pick Up The Phone

    Hi y’all, sorry for the hiatus! This week, we discussed answering Gods call! We know how hard it can be to answer Gods call especially if it’s more than we think we can handle. We discussed biblical figures like Moses who answered when God called him. Even when he thought he was incapable but God reminds him that he’s fully capable! We like to trick ourselves into thinking we’re incapable of completing what God calls us to. But God calls us even when it’s hard so we can rely on him! Hope you enjoy!
