We had mentioned this review in a few episodes, but ended up getting so caught up in whatever topic we were discussing prior that we never made it to the review. So its finally here. Also in this episode, we focus on aspects of the mental game and how it can help your game in disc golf as well as in life.     Physics And Flight Numbers

    This episode is all about disc physics and flight numbers. We review the differences in lift and glide and how the turn and fade affect stability. We had plans to discuss other topics, but found ourselves so into this discussion that we didnt hit on anything else. And truly thats a good thing because this information really requires its own space. Overall it was a very good discussion and I find myself referring back to it when choosing discs for a hole.
